This beautiful contemporary Melbourne apartment has many details I love. Its light colors, semplicity and elegance…
White for walls and main furniture makes this interior lightful. The soft mixed colors of details as well, as the light wood, add elegance. The owners have carefully selected beautiful artworks by a number of local artists, great handbown glassware and handcrafted ceramics.
The outdoor terrace is a wonderful addition to this inner city apartment. The plants, as well as the outdoor furniture, are a key part of the appeal of this home.
You can find more details on this site, reading the story of Eddie and Richa (the owners).
I found this cute furniture on Codesign. It looks like all other shelves, but it hides a nice surprise! It’s the perfect choise to build up your indoor vertical garden: it automatically waters your plants.
The glass reservoir on its top can be monthly filled with several liters of water. And it’s electrically free, the water is distribuited by gravity trough a process called capillary action: discreet plastic tubing toward capillarity mats on the shelves’ surfaces mimics the natural wet-dry cycle of the groundwater, providing plants with the right amount of hydration.
No more matters during holidays time if you mean to leave your home for a while. I’m just wondering if glass will look spotted of limestone signs… but for the moment I would only like to close my eyes and imagine this cute vertical garden in my living room!
